"Staff was great - wonderful breakfast- very convenient start to seeing the Columbia River Gorge waterfall loop! "

"The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology."

"My wife and I didn't really enjoy our stay here this week. It's a little hard parking around the pickups in the driveway. The smell of the room really hit us hard - mildew and too much potpourri. Felt like visiting your grandparents' house. The room & bathroom are stuffed with Americana knickknacks & art you either enjoy it or, like us, are overwhelmed. It's funky, funky, funky. Positives include it was very clean, they offer lots of food items, they have many toiletries in case you forget...

"The front desk guy had his feet upon the desk and did not stand up til the very last minute to deal with us. He was not friendly at all. The room was fine. When we checked out the next morning a different guy was out on the couch in the lobby. He said we were good to go then asked my husband if he had a cigarette. Not professional at all."

"It appears that this Ramada Inn may have become accommodation for people going through rough times and transitions in their lives. The sidewalks around the property were covered in trash and old diapers. There is no 'business center', I also did not see a 'fitness center'. While the room itself was clean and well maintained the rest of hotel was shabby. In the breakfast room there was a cabinet door falling off its hinges. "Breakfast eggs and bacon delicious with strong coffee. Room was quiet, bed great loved the pillows "

"The kitchen did not have any cooking or eating items at all. There was a sign implying you could purchase some at the front desk. The "breakfast" was coffee, some oatmeal packets, two breakfast bars, and one tiny muffin. We were there during the beginning of "breakfast" hours and there wasn't even enough for us 3 to all have 1 tiny muffin. There was hair all over the tub and shower curtain as if it was not even cleaned. I would not stay again"

"Love this place, 3rd time staying here. Got a room with en-suite bathroom this time, well worth the extra money. Lots of old world charm, located in the heart of downtown, near restaurants and shopping. Came with a delicious breakfast! Will stay here every time I’m in town."
