"The Hotel was not fit to be open to the public. The room was badly in need of redecorating. The bathroom basin was blocked. The whole place was shabby. You stuck to the dinning room floor when walking on it. Could carry on but would run out of writing space.
Staff were great though! "

"We didnt get to stay Hotels.com. they stopped doing accommodation in September 2020 and you did not tell us.
What kind of business are you operating?
Luckily i tried to pay & couldnt so i rang the hotel & they told me.
You shoukd be ashamed of yourselves, happy to take the money with no thought for your customers. Do not recommend you company, will never book through you again."
