Loved it My only concern was a cleaner entered without a sign to say come and clean room while we were out but other than that I will stay again

We had some issues with the unit on thin walls, lukewarm water for shower and power plugs but the front desk staff and duty manager were very responsive, helpful and understanding. The maintenance issue is my only concern otherwise everything was good! 👍

Basic hotel which suited my needs just fine. Could clearly hear people in neighbouring rooms in the evening, which made it hard to sleep. Not the best of suburbs, but close to the Red Cat bus & Sporting grounds.

Location is great the free cat bus is just out the front , or you can walk 10 minutes to be in the mall.one of the few that has free parking at the hotel .

Quick check in for this hotel. Room was clean but sometimes the tea bags are not replenished. Bed is too soft for my room; other rooms may be ok. Have good parking within and outside of the hotel.there are Chinese, Vietnamese and a middle eastern eateries nearby and also pizza place around the corner

Upon returning to my room at around 7pm I found that the room door had been left open using the security bar to stop the door closing. I informed reception and was given an apology that it must have been housekeeping as that was how they held the door open during cleaning to avoid always using the keycard. Luckily no one had entered the room and all my belongings were untouched. This was a first for me after staying in hotels in over 30 countries on business trips over a 40 plus year career

This is our 2nd time in this hotel and same exact room number in our 1st checked in. What we like here is our car is safe and the no charge for parking fee. The staff attitude to costumer is excellent.

Good location, with free buses nearby and easy walk to WACA and restaurants. Room was clean and a good size and breakfast was a reasonable price. Didn't have a car but free onsite parking would be a plus if I did.
