"Wir (4 köpfige Familie mit 2 Kindern 4 und 6 jahre) sind aus Deutschland angereist und wurden herzlich empfangen. Sie waren so Gastfreundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist hervorragend und köstlich. Die Unterkunft war in einem exzellenten Zustand. Es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das einzige was etwas schwierig war, war die Kommunikation. Wir können leider kein italienisch und sie kein Englisch. Aber heut zu Tage gibt's zum Glück Handys die übersetzen können und...

General staff was very helpful and tried hard to help the guests but we were shocked to wake up to a woman screaming at the top of her lungs berating some poor fellow.
