"We were very pleased with our stay. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, although like most hotels it provided a winter thickness duvee which was too hot for a mild September. The location is perfect, very central in Aix yet very quiet. One minor area for improvement would be to provide ground decaf coffee in the breakfast room. It's very easy to do these days, you can even provide a coffee bag if your coffee machine can't cope with decaf beans as...
