The check-in process was very smooth, and the lady was excellent in giving us instructions on where to eat. She was welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. The hotel was very clean, comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. Really appreciated the well stocked breakfast food.

We had a family visit. The grandchildren enjoyed the facilities very much. It was a fantastic place for us to get together. The staff were lovely and welcoming.

Sunnybank Star Hotel & Apartments
The room was clean. Staff were good. Traffic noise was constant due to being at the intersection of two main roads. Parking was good and secure. Some aspects of the room needed updating.
