"Gorgeous property, we loved all of the animals (dogs, cats, and a baby alpaca). The staff was genuinely kind and helpful in scheduling taxis for us. The courtyard is so nice! The water pressure in the shower was hit or miss, but everything else about this hotel was a hit and we loved staying here."

"Pros: - Very kind staff, they really seemed to care about their clients. - 24/7 check in and services including WhatsApp communication in need of assistance. - I mentionned to the staff what I had difficulties with (see cons about humidity) but they informed me that there wasn't much they could do to help and couldn't accommodate me with another room at that time.
