"Had originally reserved a suite at another hotel in town, but was told when we were checking in that that they were a bed short due to their pull out sofa not working. Couldn’t accommodate us with one that was. So we cancelled our reservation. Luckily the front desk cooperated and put in for a full refund. "This hotel is in a great location to easily access the Caltrain to go anywhere around San Francisco. The staff is excellent and very attentive. The property manager Kristin was especially helpful with a couple of questions that we had. I would recommend this hotel without reservation."
