"Lots of parking available. This hotel is big, but not well maintained. It has a certain type of stench. Rooms are big too, but again stains on the carpets, ripped carpets and broken furniture. Pigeons all over the property and specially pooping in the balcony. Swimming pool and hot tub was nice, but we did not use it due to our tight schedule. Breakfast was nice, but in one of the incident they just filled some water in the waffle batter when someone requested to get the new one since it was not...

"Nice little hotel on the edge of the heart of Leavenworth, perfect for avoiding the bustle of the main pedestrian area but close enough for a nice walk to get there. Friendly staff and clean room. We had a great view of a maple tree from our 2nd floor room (and not much else) but it kept the room shaded. I will mention that the hotel is lit up like a Christmas tree at night so you'll definitely want to close the curtains or risk waking up in the middle of the night thinking that it's already...
