We did have an issue with the AC and immediately we were moved to an upgraded room. They were very professional and extremely apologetic leaving an apology treat for the inconvenience. "Great place to visit - especially with kids! The green grassy areas were right outside the rooms and I felt comfortable letting my kids play outside by themselves. The pool was awesome - super deep end but there's a ledge all the way around. The location was close enough to walk to the "tourist" area of Leavenworth and down to the waterfront. "This is an older facility and we could see that they have made improvements. It just looks old coming onto the facility and I remember saying, "oh no", but it turned out ok. Nothing spectacular here. The steps up to the second floor are carpeted and therefore dirty. They need to a vacuumed. The parking lot is made up of of dirt, asphalt, and crumbling asphalt and you can tell it has been like this for years. Nothing special about breakfast, the same old waffle, fruit, and pork.
