"The hotel was well located with easy transport and walking links to the city as well as food and shops. The rooms were a bit rundown with stained carpet and damaged doors and could do with a refresh. There were also no drawers in the room to put clothes sadly. "Firstly, location is perfect. End of metro line so guaranteed seat, direct bus to zoo, spa, heroes square and 20 yards from airport shuttle stop. The 2 bed appt was PERFECT. Clean, 2 identical double bedrooms, spacious lounge, brilliant water pressure in shower, well equipped kitchen (spar is over the road) but frankly, the breakfast on the ground floor was so good we never cooked. Staff were friendly, felt totally safe, would definitely stay again."
