Comfortable room, breakfast buffet had good selection meals, loved the Raya theme decoration perfect for photos, pleasant staff and especially love the lounge where we had drinks with the relaxing ambience of water fountain. "Terrible stay . When arrive , hotel does not have our booking record . After call to Hotel . Com , then this booking no record issue settled but Sovotel move us to another branch /outlet . Room dirty and toilet lighting not enough brightness. Overall very bad "

"You get what you paid Clean - ok , not so dirty Staff - very friendly and keep smiling Convenient - yes this hotel is located at Damansara uptown , starling mall, famous restaurants all is walkable Parking - busy area,very hard to find parking actually but yeah, walkable,so still ok For short stay not a bad choices "

Lovely stay

"They provided a baby cot just as expected. It would be nice if all the websites listed this availability though. They provided plenty of waterbottles for our stay, especially since I needed a lot for breastfeeding. Breakfast was ample and delicious. They allowed us to go back and forth for second breakfast during the hours. Using the phone line was a bit confusing though. Very comfortable bedding"
