"A wonderful stay from start to finish. We had a genuinely excellent experience at Hilton Petaling Jaya. The hotel was comfortable, beautifully run and, above all, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, professional and incredibly helpful. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, the public areas were welcoming, and everything felt very well organised. What really stood out, though, was the level of care from the team. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and we were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay. We were in Kuala Lumpur for a particularly busy few days, so coming back to a hotel that felt calm, efficient and dependable made a huge difference. A wonderful hotel with a terrific team. I would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it."

"I booked Sunway pyramid hotel but got upgraded to the resort hotel which is of a higher rating. Although the check-in was delayed due to the volume of guest at the hotel, we manage to get away with the waiting by going to the theme park first and checked in after. The hotel has a water park on level 5 and a main pool on level 1. Entrance to the water park was a breeze through a special entrance dedicated for the hotel. Overall best hotel Malaysia experience!"

"Completely renovated hotel. Very nice rooms and truly fantastic breakfast. And great staff all around! Only consideration is that it is a bit off but Grab is cheap in KL."

"Overall room is clean. Toilet got bidet. Next to 1 Utama Shopping Mall. Near MRT station. Parking is ok, free parking for hotel guests. Kind and friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out."
