"The good: location in town is very convenient, place is clean, manager very friendly, Bed was hard as a rock when i sat on it, but it's similar to a tempurpedic and felt much better after laying on it and was very comfortable. It is an older motel that has been remodeled, some original fixtures remain but furnishings are newer. They provided free waters, ear plugs and applet and cotlets. The not so good: the train can be heard whistling quite loudly in the night, its about 2 blocks away. Didn't bother me, they actually provide ear plugs but it did wake me up in the night. I could hear the upstairs people walking around a lot, I would get an upstairs room next time. I felt the price was a bit steep for the area and amenities (no pool or hot tub) compared to Wenatchee. My family is from the area and have stayed there often, they said they pay a lot less than we did so Im not sure if that's seasonal or why that would be. They also charge a fee for early check in. Overall we needed to be in Cashmere for an event and didn't want to drive at night to Wenatchee. It's convenient and close to a few places to eat and walkable to the whole town. It's cute and clean and comfortable. Would stay again if in the area."

"I’ll start by saying that every time we walked in the lobby they were mopping the floors. So needless to say it was spotless! The room and bathroom were also very clean, bed and pillows were comfy. Microwave & Fridge were clean as well. À/C worked great. Nice view from top floor. Very quiet. Good parking. Check in was easy, quick and staff were nice and helpful. Location was great, super easy to find, close to restaurants & shopping. Breakfast was okay. Not much variety but enough to choose from and be okay to start the day. Typical hotel breakfast. They have cookies every night at the lobby. Fun little treat for the kids! Check out was also easy and quick. Overall good stay, happy we chose Springhill from all the other options around."

"This is a nice little hotel good for a night stay. Plenty of free parking. Hotel staff was very nice and polite. We received a free upgrade from the room with one bed to another room with two beds when the office manager learned that I arrived with a son and two beds suited better to us. Room was clean and had everything what is needed, including microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. Things to be improved: electrical outlets should be serviced; many of those were loose and could not hold the plugged in cord. Street is very noisy - bring ear plugs."
