According to the photos online, this is supposed to be a “Knights Inn” and the rooms that are pictured probably reflect that time. Period. When the hotel was so labeled. The hotel was disgusting. When you walk in to the front desk, there’s a person station there behind plexiglass, which is no big deal on itself, but there were handwritten signs plastered all over. I checked in received a roll of toilet paper to take with me and if I wanted towels to dry myself off with after a shower, use a washcloth or even a hand towel it was a $10 cash only deposit which I did not have $10 in cash on me and the ATM in the lobby was out of service.. I got my room key went down the hall, which reeked like trash and the carpets were littered with miscellaneous particles of whatever people have charged in from outside as well, as it looks like streaks of black, something embedded into the carpet itself. The room was sparse with hardly anything in it except for a chest of drawers with a TV mounted on top one chair the bed and a side table with a lamp on it. The window had a manual adjusting shower curtain rod up with curtains that look like they have been bought at the dollar store and the bed sheets and blanket were very thin with the pillows in what looks like a hand me down from grandma’s handcrafted collection of pillowcases.. I went back to my car to get something and was confronted by two cockroaches, trying to flee from me (they didn’t make it) terrible place!!!

Roaches were in the room air conditioner was not sealed off at all my window to get fresh air was screwed shut and on top of that I never got my refund for the absolutely horrid conditions in this hotel 10/10 would NOT recommend

Filthy. No towels. No toilet paper. No soap. No sheets on bed. Filthy pillows. Filthy comforter. Bed collapsed. Lights didn’t work (except in the bathroom). Smelled like pot everywhere. Not suitable for even a crack den. Beware beware beware.

Never been in such a disgusting hotel in my all li

Arrival 1:00am At first, the receptionist did not want to give me 2 rooms although I spelled our names many times. 20 minutes later, he finally showed me his screen and I could point out my Uncle's name, and he gave me the second key. We went upstairs, the hallway was dark  and dirty. We tried to open the 1st bedroom without succeding. Went back at the reception. He checked on the key and gave it back to me. Second try... not succeeding in openning the door...  Back to the reception ! He gave me 2 keys per each bedroom. None of the worked either !  Went to the 3rd floor where the 2nd bedroom was located. Tried all the keys on that door and after a few tries, one key finlly openned the door. But to be honnest, I wish I had not openned the door!  The smell in there was unbearable, awarful just as if there was a dead body in there !  No lights at all in the room... no water at the tap... cockroaches on the ceiling... How can such a place could be selled on your website and application ?!?!  I expressed that my 7 years old kid was with me !!!! She was scared out there !!! Anyway, we did not stayed more than 5 minutes in the bedroom ! A shame to propose such a place ! Hopefully we found another hotel a few miles away to rest and sleep before going back on the road this morning! And FYI, the bedroom was less expensive and smelled good, and it was clean ! (Super8 hotel petersburg) Thanks to consider my claim request and please do refund the night

The rooms weren’t as pictured, you had to put a $10 deposit for 1 towel. The mattresses were old the room was very empty and depressing.

This was the worst experience of my life the room didn’t come with no towels or tissue… they say free WiFi but the system go by access codes but they don’t work and when you tell them it don’t work they tell you to wait a whole another hr it should

Hotel from hell

There were no towels wash clothes or bad tissues in the room, bed mattress wore out The face sink was broke no running water. Roaches running over the floors and the walls. The place was Disgusting . I will never Stay there again or Recommend anyone to stay there..

Stains on everything! In every drawer! Every surface was suspect. Staff was nice but no chance Id stay there again

Needed a place for 3 days for work. Reserved online. Showed up and payed $126.00 and went to room. The had been kicked open and the door barely shut and locked. No chain or bar lock. Just a deadbolt that bare held door closed. No cover on the heater/AC. Just rusted coils showing with a visible gap showing the outside. No chairs, table, no towel, soap or coffee. No coffee anywhere on the premise. After we decided that it would be easier to stay than to try to look for another place that late we had a knock at the door and apparently they under charged me and I had to pay another $22. This isn’t a traveler friendly place. Long term renters. Most of the hotels around are long term. Lots of caos at night. Would not stay again. I’d rather pay more for better atmosphere.
