The property was a disaster and when I arrived after booking the room. There were signs on the door and front desk saying they were closed and taking no reservations and to call your third party agency to get a refund.

DO NOT BOOK they will steal your money!!!!! We booked got yo the property they had no rooms available then we messaged support they refused a refund. I will be dealing with them in court this time because this is the second OYO facility that has done this

A neatly kept hotel with a peaceful environment. The room was inviting and perfectly arranged. Staff behavior was very polite. Loved the stay.

The only thing that I enjoyed was getting my full refund back within 24hrs. The staff were polite and did the best that they could, but I was in my room for two minutes before I checked out. Rudja and Lamont were kind and understanding. With all that being said, I think this place should be investigated, it's too much of a safety hazard.

We were turned back at midnight because “they were closed for maintenance” and had to book a last minute expensive hotel. We had made advance payment and had a confirmation email. There was no communication related to cancellation from the hotel’s or hotel.com’s side. This place needs to be de-listed. It’s dirty and ugly on the outside. Property pictures don’t match reality. I’m 90% sure this is some kind of a scam
