"We really liked hotel and its location. Pavel at the front desk was very helpful during check-in and was able to change currency for us. My only issue at all was before checking, I emailed the hotel at the only address I had asking for help scheduling an airport pickup. Instead of helping, I received an email reply advising I would need to send another email to someone else at the hotel who would then be able to help me? Not really the level of service I was expecting…so I made other...

"Amazing location, super well connected through metro and tram. There were many stores and restaurants around and most of the touristic spots of Mala Strana were a few stops away which is specially convenient if you want to avoid step hills to get to your accommodation after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was friendly, they even let us check in earlier than expected and stored our bags the whole afternoon after our check out in a secure room. 10/10, we left happy and with a positive impression...

"The staff could not be more accommodating and helpful. We had trouble parking our large rental car and were relieved when the bell-staff took over for us. Breakfast was a feast with anything we could think of. Trams drop off just in front of the hotel. Great place to stay in Prague - we were minutes from everything we wanted to do."

Despite being housed in a historic building, the hotel was impeccably clean and the rooms were surprisingly spacious and it’s 2 levels which gave my daughter some privacy!"
