Restaurant and especially drinks so terribly over-priced. Good location for sites though. More an eco resort and tropical garden than a chocolate farm. The tour was way over priced. $50 usd for 35 mins. Whitney who did garden tour was great but chocolatier was v disengaged and poor. Also couldn’t even answer basic questions (what temp is used...

"If you want water AVOID THIS PROPERTY! We were there 8 days, 4 of which there was no water for several hours. Apparently this is very common, the housekeeping lady asked if we wanted buckets of water to fill the toilet. Even when the water was "fixed" it was the slowest trickle. The toilet took 15 minutes to fill after flushing and the shower was a total joke, our relatives in the next room couldn't even wash their hair. The outside shower never worked and the rooms are band aided together....

"We loved the ocean view. So prestien. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't feel the room was very clean. The refrigerator only had 3 legs so it would tilt and the door wouldn't stay closed. The 6-1/2 flights of stairs with large bags in the heat with no help and no elevator was grueling."

"We had a fantastic time there, and the staff was amazing. The view is an 11 out of 10. It is rather high up on a very bumpy mountain road, so you won’t want to be going into town and back a lot. We just stayed there for the entire time that we were there and didn’t leave. "Room with balconies was beautiful with a beautiful view of ocean. Lorraine (the owner) went above and beyond, driving us to a restaurant and taking us on a tour. She is a very sweet lovely lady, and provided coffee and treats. "

"We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. The views were great from the bar and patio, the rooms very average with one that reeked of cat pee. We took our losses and left. We did not stay overnight as it was just too smelly. The one beer...
