"Ho chiamato il giorno prima per disdire la camera, dato che mia figlia era malata e non potevo viaggiare. Mi ha risposto una ragazza dicendomi che era tutto apposto e che mi avrebbero rimborsato. 2gg dopo mi chiama la reception e mi chiede perché non eravamo andati, gli spiego tutto, mi dice ho bisogno del certificato. Certificato inviato ma nessun rimborso ricevuto né una risposta alla mail. Poco professionali"

"Great extra clean hotel with spacious clean rooms. Walking distance to shopping and the Valencia Central park area. About 10 minutes ride to the beach or the old town quick is wonderful. Very cheerful and helpful staff. Highly recommended."

"Everything was great, the inly thing was the breakfast was a little expensive and you had to pay extra to use the spa which I think should be included in the stay. Other than that it was lovely and clean with helpful staff."

"The hotel is nice , the staff are nice too but there are downsides hence my honest review . The lack of response from Expedia messages to the hotel which I guess go to the hotel as I received a book in now request from them . The main review as only ok was the room noise. If you want a peaceful night's sleep down pick a room that is opposite the street outside because it's noisy and you won't sleep. Again I was asked from Expedia about the hotel 2 days into my stay, the response from Expedia was...

"The breakfast was good but I wish they will serve some variety of food daily. The 3 days we stayed, it’s all the same food that we had every single day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The one thing I really like about this place is the location. It is very close to the arts and science center, within walking distance. The best part is, there’s a huge mall across the hotel and so many places to eat and shop."

"Nice property with close proximity to the metro station and congress centre which was handy. The room was clean, just missing draws to put additional clothes in. Staff were very helpful."
