Voy a empezar por aclarar que los funcionarios disonancia muy buenos y atienden muy en la recepción!!! El hotel nos gustaba mucho!! Voy a empezar por lo simple, para por último contar un hecho muy grave qie ocurrio!!!! 1-A tv en ningún momento funcionó bien!! LA pantalla estaba en modo cargando todo el tiempo!! 2-1 ascensor descompuesto toda l estadía!! 3-Olor nauseabundo en la recepción!! 4-En el desayuno no había café durante uno de los desayunos. 5-El chek in,terriblemente lento,casi 90 minutos!!! AHORA LO GRAVE!!!! Tiramos del cajero automático del banco al ingreso al hotel,dinero!! FUIMOS ROBADOS,LAMENTABLEMENTE NOS FALTO EL DINERO Y LO PERCIBIMOS SOLO AL LLEGAR A NUESTRA CASA. El bolso de mi esposa quedó en la habitación todo el tiempo!! FUE ALGUIEN DEL HOTEL!!! LAMENTABLE!!

Excelente experiência! A localização é ótima, facilitando muito a estadia. O atendimento de toda a equipe foi impecável: cordial, atencioso e sempre disposto a ajudar. Os quartos são amplos, confortáveis e muito bem cuidados, com uma limpeza impecável, o que faz toda a diferença. Com certeza é uma excelente opção para quem visita Petrolina, seja a trabalho ou a lazer. Voltarei sempre que estiver na cidade!

O hotel é novo e ainda está finalizando alguns reparos, mas isso não comprometeu a nossa estadia. A localização é excelente, os funcionários são muito cordiais, e o café da manhã, embora simples, atende bem às necessidades. No geral, tivemos uma ótima experiência e voltaríamos a nos hospedar no local.
