Atendeu muito bem ao propósito da nossa viagem, que foi ficar próximo a corrida Forge Trail Run em Sebollas, pude voltar depois da corrida e tomar banho para voltar ao Rio, mesmo após o encerramento da diária as 12 horas de sábado, o que me ajudou muito a voltar bem para o RJ. Acomodações muito confortáveis e o preço excelente, localização ótima perto de tudo em três rio

Péssima escolha!

Não sei como que investem na instalação de um hotel numa região tão ruim. Todos os quartos, sem excessão, são atormentados pela linha do trem. E que trem!!! O trem passa toda hora, dia, noite, de madrugada! Você vai sentir o barulho do trem dentro da sua cabeça, ele invade o seu sono e seu momento de repouso e quando vc mesmo imagina: vem o trem de novo. Foi uma péssima escolha e eu espero não errar de novo!

Hotel bom, mas p quem conhece a qualidade Ibis estranha, falta segurança, a garagem é aberta o tempo todo, qualquer um entra e o único mecanismo de segurança que seria no elevador p os quartos não funciona, não precisa colocar o cartão p subir p nenhum andar, achei bem inseguro. Fora o tem que passa a noite toda apitando, peçam quartos altos e na frente.

Roupa de cama desfiada, toalhas velhas e tão finas que tinha aspecto de pano de prato. O trem fica passando dia e noite impossibilitando você dormir por conta do barulho. Os funcionários foram atenciosos, mais precisa melhor a quantidade deles, pois não tinha gente suficiente para atendimento.

A estadia foi HORRÍVEL. Trocamos de quarto 2 vezes pois o ar condicionado dos dois primeiros quartos não estavam funcionando e estava um calor insuportável. Apenas o 3º quarto que o ar pelo menos gelou, mas ainda sim, devido o calor intenso, dormi no chão para pegar a saída de ar e refrescar um pouco. Um ponto positivo foram os funcionários, principalmente o que estava na parte da noite, ele foi super solícito, nos trocou de quarto compreendendo a situação e ainda ligou para garantir que estávamos com um ar funcionando nas duas trocas. Dou a nota 10 para o funcionário que estava na recepção a noite inteira! Nota 0 para o ar condicionado. Deveriam trocar os ar-condicionados.

Ruim para um Ibis Styles. Banheiro sujo. Estacionamento cobrado (20,00). Colcha de casal pequena (alguem fica sem coberta). Ar condicionado que nao esfriava. Restaurante fechado: ou o hospede comia no quarto ou na recepcao do hotel, o q é bastante constrangedor. Barulho do trem e sua buzina durante toda noite. Poderiam providenciar janelas anti ruidos.

O Hotel em si é bom, mas o atendimento da recepção foi horrível, a atendente parecia que não queria que estivéssemos lá. A limpeza também não era das melhores, tinha um cílio postiço grudado na pia do banheiro, o que demonstra que o mesmo não foi lavado. As dependências são ok, de acordo com o padrão Ibis. O que me surpreendeu foi o atendimento da Sra. Lea, no horário do café, pois a mesma foi muito atenciosa e prestativa, sendo um destaque na estadia, fato que me faria voltar a me hospedar lá caso precisasse. Aconselho o hotel a solicitar que os demais atendentes possam ser cordiais como a Sra. Lea, pois isso faz a diferença, ainda mais em uma cidade que não tem como ponto forte o turismo.

Se você não se importa com som de trem

Hotel básico, com bom café da manhã, os funcionários são ótimos, solícitos e dão boas dicas de refeição na cidade, etc. Do lado do Centro, dá para fazer tudo a pé. Pode melhorar na questão da iluminação dos quartos, tamanho do box do chuveiro e na organização da limpeza dos quartos. Ah tem também um trem que passa em diversos horários e bem cedinho, que acorda os que tem sono leve.

Luzes por sensor não funcionavam em metade do corredor do 10° andar. Serviço de restaurante não entrega no quarto e não te disponibiliza ninguém para ajudá-lo a subir com a refeição quente nas mãos. Digno de nota: Check-in e check-out eficientes, com funcionários ágeis e gentis
