"Good stay for the price. There is no elevator, so be prepared to walk up some stairs if you're not staying on the first floor. Our beds were some of the coziest I've slept in and the room and bathroom were very clean. Had a good experience overall as a one night stop off."

"Man at front desk was odd and did nothing but complain about his job during the process. Room was decently clean, however for this being an extended store there was no cutlery, cups, or pots and pans. Also no coffee machine in the room or in the lobby(even though there was a sign saying it was available) On check out day and worker knocked on our door at 9am saying he had to come in for his inspection. Very rude since we still had two hours unto checkout. Do no recommend"

"We arrived around 10pm with our 1 year old. Check-in was straight forward, but upon entering our room, we immediately walked out and went back to the check-in counter due to the overwhelming vape smell mixed with a musky scent, as if someone tried to cover it up. When we informed the front desk staff member of this, all she cared about was asking if we had used anything in the room. I had checked in maybe 10 minutes prior--only enough time for us to move the car and bring a load of our baggage...

"It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience."

"Very close to Great America. Breakfast was decent. Room was spacious. Walls were thin and couldn’t sleep the second night because of people running around above our room until midnight. The elevator broke and we had to carry our luggage down stairs."

"I have never stayed at a Comfort Inn as I prefer something a little more upscale. That said, the most staff was outstanding. Jennie, the front desk lady, in particular was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She always had a pleasant greeting and a smile on her face.
