"Close to the railway station. Super close to the beach. Front desk had great staff. The seventh floor overlooks the water. Partial view but ok. For full views of the water the grand Brighton it is. Rooms are clean and everything is brand new. Comfortable bed, nice towels. Room size is in the description. Eat at the wetherspoon. Great food and great prices and super close. So this is a great hotel and great value for money. "

"Spacious room on 6th floor. Welcoming staff from doorman through to reception team & all bar staff / breakfast staff we met. Definitely a stay to remember. Check-in was very smooth, and the receptionist helped me book a restaurant that they have links with to get a free glass of champagne. "The car park was a little difficult to find but with guidance from reception staff we found it. Check in process was easy and staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. However there was a fridge right beside the bed that was omitting light at nighttime! Not the ideal place and odd that it had a light inside when closed.
