Toutes les instructions et informations dont nous avons besoin lors de notre arrivée sont très bien expliquées et permettent d'arriver même tard dans la nuit, ce qui était appréciable. "The hotel was beautiful and we had a wonderful room (one of the larger rooms). The location of the hotel was perfect. Near the old city but quiet. The staff was wonderful and provided good restaurant recommendations. I also enjoyed the afternoon cocktails and meeting others in the hotel. I definitely would return to this hotel. The parking garage was close by and easy to get to."

"This is a great little hotel with excellent staff and good breakfast. You get to stay right near where it is all happening in the old town center. Couple of limitations here: this hotel has no elevator, so if you bring large luggage, be prepared to haul it up three flights of stairs, which is no fun because the stairs are small and steep. Rooms are generally small although comfortable and clean. Also, if you plan to bring a car here, be prepared to navigate congested one-way cobble stone roads...

"Bedroom is not clean! We like the amenities and the well decorated lobby and bedrooms. But the bedroom wasn’t clean, no soap, just 1 towel, they didn’t cleaned the bedroom during the 3 days. We told about for the missing items but no response until we had to go to the receptionist to request it again for 3 rd time. The staff at the lobby just speak French. Need also maintenance at the hallway of the Bedroom, has one damage wall with holes that gave us a bad impression."
