"Well it started with the owner putting us in the wrong room. I paid for the larger room on line and the owner told me all the rooms are the same. As it turns out they are not. As for the we speak English as stated, it is broken English. There are many words they do not understand or speak in English. Breakfast is week at best. "The hotel was nice, the room clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The hotel was a short distance to downtown. We enjoyed our stay. Notes: Parking has a daily charge. The doors are really heavy. You are a short distance from Old Town but traffic and parking are challenging in Munich so add 30-45 minutes to your travel times. "
