"The unit itself was clean & functional. What I disliked was I booked a unit with private pool & paid extra yet was unable to utilise the pool as it was very dirty with tissues & debris. The water & surface was also not clean. I did let them know & have followed up with a request for a refund of the extra I paid but no response over one week later….."

"Gostei , o quarto é simples , banheiro simples, atendimento muito bom , Safari é muito bom , tem bastante animais na reserva sendo possível ver o big 5 em apenas 2 games, indico guia jhonsson. Restaurante é bom e atendimento também. Jantar é em um restaurante anexo com cultura local. Animais soltos pelo pátio , como “pumbas”, jabutis e impalas traz uma energia boa. As cheetas domesticadas que aparecem nos comentários não estão mais no Hotel. Me atraiu esse ponto , porém ao chegar lá já avisaram...

"Perfekte Unterkunft um Tiere zu beobachten. Die Tiere kommen ganz nah, die Elefanten trinken aus dem Swimmingpool. Abends kann man nicht alleine vom Haupthaus zu den Zimmern da es keine Zäune o.ä. gibt und die Löwen, Elefanten und Leoparden einem jederzeit begegnen kann."

"This has been one of our most memorable stays anywhere in the world. We knew our first safari would be amazing but Xanatseni exceeded all of our expectations. Aside from the 4-star amenities and hospitality that rival that of hotels in big cities, the staff was the best part of the experience. Our rangers Bill and Mel were extremely knowledgable and passionate about sharing their love for all living things in the bush. "Only stayed one night coming back from our stay in Kruger but as soon as we got there we realised we should have booked for two. There are loads of things to do in the area that we were interested in and on site there were walks we could have taken surrounded by nature. The location is beautiful and even just outside the bedroom you see deer and a warthog or two. "Sehr exklusiv, da es nur wenige Zelte gibt. Sehr persönlicher Empfang, schöne Safaris im offenen Jeep mit guten Guides. Direkt am Fluss gelegen, wir konnten vom Pool ein Krokodil beobachten. Trotzdem sehr sicher. Liegt in einem eigenen privaten und abgesicherten Reservat."

"Fantastic size and cleanliness with plenty of supplies (milk, tea, coffee, fruit, cleaning products) provided. Staff would assist with anything uncluding washing up and laundry, so not really "self-catering" if you wish. Note: parys of road can be rough depending on rainfall so I would not use a sedan, but at least a light SUV. "
