Aroma beach is a lovely resort. The view was amazing. The pools were nice but a bit chilly. The sky bar had a nice view but that was all. Breakfast was good and had variety. Staff was friendly and helpful

Pamper Yourself in Luxurious Surroundings

If you want to pamper yourself and enjoy delicious food, a wonderful beach, five star accommodations and service from friendly staff, be sure to reserve a cottage room at the Aroma Beach Resort and Spa. My husband and I, along with my sister, had two rooms in one of the cottages, and we have nothing but raves about the resort.

My stay at Aroma Beach Resort & Spa from 9-12 Oct 2023 was nothing short of exceptional. The upgrade to a sea view bungalow set the tone for an outstanding experience. The staff's warm reception and especially the staff who drove and provide me efficient room introduction were outstanding. Meticulous housekeeping ensured a consistently clean and comfortable room. The complimentary breakfast featured an extensive spread of local food, complemented by unique poolside beverages, adding to the enjoyment. Swimming pools not excessively large, were decent enough to enjoy a refreshing swim. Notably, the resort was undergoing maintenance, but a thoughtful letter prepared me for potential disruptions, which, surprisingly, were minimal and unobtrusive. The room met high standards, with the only minor drawback being weak bathroom water pressure. I was delighted to see the resort's consistent excellence during my stay, even seven years after my previous visit. I highly recommend Aroma Beach Resort & Spa to those seeking a tranquil beachfront escape in Muine. It's worth noting that the Google Maps rating might not reflect the true quality of the resort. Photos matched reality, and the exceptional service made it challenging to single out individual contributions. This compelling experience led me to emphasize the resort's high standards and my desire to return in 2024.

Pros The staff are all very very friendly! Ignore the comments from 2 years ago or more, this is not the case anymore. Everyone greeted us with a smile and tried to go the extra mile, even when they couldn’t speak English. The hotel grounds are B E A U Tiful. We had a free upgrade to the village bungalows and it was amazing! The bathroom has all sorts of amenities you would expect from such a hotel and we got two towels per person plus a bath mat. In our room was a kettle, tea and coffee, a fridge with buyable drinks plus free water. The seaview from the restaurant is stunning, especially as you can watch the sunset from where you eat! Just make sure you wear mosquito spray before you go for dinner or you’ll get eaten alive like we did the first night 😜 The pool area is very nice with plenty of loungers and clean. There are towels available at the pool. Cons Shower is very nice but the water is not very pressurised, could only just about wash my fine short hair! Also the shower head holder was not adjustable and it is placed at an awkward angle so when you turn the shower on it makes the bathroom floor really wet. The worker’s English proficiency is very bad, this needs massive improvement! As it is an issue with alot of the staff in guest service points (reception, restaurant, pool bar) I feel that the hotel should provide an English course for their personnel. So many times it took the receptionists forever to understand us,e.g. when we asked to borrow a bicycle.

Eine wundervolle Anlage, die sehr gepflegt wird. Das gesamte Personal ist super nett und immer hilfsbereit. Jeder- wirklich jeder- ist sehr bemüht, dass sich der Gast wohl fühlt. Das Zimmer war auch gut. Wir hatten Zimmer 508 mit Meeresblick und die Aussicht war super. Einzig die Klimaanlage war vielleicht etwas laut und strömte die Luft direkt aufs Bett bzw. Mir nachts an dem Kopf. Verstellen konnte ich es nicht. Das Restaurant war auch gut. Schade fand ich aber folgendes: das Frühstück ging nur bis 10:00 Uhr. Für Langschläfer wie mir natürlich suboptimal. Hier wäre vielleicht eine Anregung ein Langschläfer Frühstück- also reduziertes Frühstück zB. Nur kaltes Essen und Kaffee/Tee - von 10:00 bis 11:00 Uhr anzubieten. Schade fand ich auch, dass die Happy Hour nur für Wein und Bier galt. Nicht für Cocktails oder Softdrinks. Wie schon in den anderen Bewertungen beschrieben liegt das Hotel sehr einsam, so dass abends spätestens ab 22:00 Uhr alles total ruhig ist. Es gibt nur ein Restaurant gegenüber des Resorts. Ansonsten muss man rausfahren. Was wir aber gerne gemacht haben. Wir sind meist nach Phan Thien gefahren, da in Mui Ne die Hauptstraße für uns zu touristisch war. Die meisten Hotelgäste waren Russen und mein Eindruck war, dass auch die Restaurants in Mui Ne sich auf diese Klientel spezialisiert hatten. Insgesamt kann ich das Resort aber uneingeschränkt empfehlen, sofern es ein ruhiger Urlaub werden soll. Mückenschutz ist auch am Pool zu empfehlen.

Très bel hôtel impeccablement entretenu situé sur une très jolie plage propre et nettoyée par l’hôtel Très belle piscine Petit déjeuner excellent et très copieux À notre arrivée nous avons été surclassés gratuitement et nous avions donc une chambre avec vue sur la mer Le personnel est très serviable, chaleureux, souriant et toujours prêt à vous aider Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel Petite info : nous avons loué un scooter en face de l’hôtel pour sillonner plus facilement et nous recommandons d’aller manger des fruits de mer directement chez les pêcheurs en contrebas de la route en bord de mer au fishing village de Mui Né.

Tolles Hotel, sauber, tolle Zimmer schön gestaltet und komfortabel. Der Strand ist wunderschön. Wir hatten Glück und es waren kaum andere Gäste da und man hatte den Strand & Pool quasi für sich allein. Der Garten und das Poolgelände sind sehr sauber und gepflegt.
