"We’ve stayed here several times before. We did have 3 of our friends traveling with us. Ice machines and elevator issues. Standing water in the shower/bathtub."

"Nice hotel and conference center- well maintained with some new room fixtures that keep it current. Comfortable clean beds with ample numbers of pillows. Well-supplied and super clean bathroom. And probably the friendliest and most helpful staff I have encountered in recent memory. A friendly greeting from everyone and an offer to provide help if a need was perceived. Well-kept grounds, well maintained and tasteful public spaces. Easy to access from the highway but far enough away that it was a quiet area. Plenty of convenient parking. Great value"

"Lobby was nice and everything was very clean. Our room was a great size but did have a wet dog smell to it. The walls must be very thin because we could hear conversations of both of our neighbors at 7am, which was unpleasant. breakfast wasn’t awesome, but the gentleman doing the breakfast was very helpful with our little one and found him things to eat, which was so sweet and greatly appreciated!!! Pool was clean and very nice, a little small."

"The Gould is a lovely historic hotel in the extraordinary downtown of Seneca Falls. Seneca Falls was the home of Elizabeth Stanton and held the first convention for women’s rights. Bedford Falls in It’s a Wonderful Life was patterned after Seneca Falls. Go visit!"
