Staff was nice and friendly. The hotel itself wasn’t bad but the room I was in was no less than horrific. It was not the worst place I ever stayed but definitely close. It was semi clean, but there were handprints on the headboard and things like that that said otherwise. Yuck.

DIRTY AND UNSAFE PLACE

Its a disgusting place, all its all, none its like rhe picture you see, the pool was all grenn w animal, the gps its no find the addres, uts very unsafe, i checkin at the same time i fell unsafe and see all place in bad really bad condition i check out! The hotel dnt want refund for any night! Believe dnt buy at this hotel the reviews when the said is clean its fake.

I liked this property so much that I returned to stay again later while on business. I have never been to a hotel this good and especially at the good value price this hotel offers. I found the staff to be professional and attentive. I will always return to this hotel while in the Columbus area. I highly recommend.

The 1st night Tracy and Lee checked me and made me feel very welcomed it's til the point I left my keys in my room because I was just that comfortable with their vibes are very loving and caring for they customer and of course I can't forget about me Michelle and Joanie ( I apologize if I misspelled your name) she the property manager and I almost forgot Lee partner I didn't catch his name but all of the crew have great customer service skills, reliable, and very helpful

I was originally staying in Auburn, but my hotel was overbooked, and there were no rooms available. I found out at 5 p.m. on a Friday, during a football weekend, so basically, there was nothing available in Auburn. A quick search on my phone showed this place had rooms, so I booked a room without reading any reviews (bad idea). The room was as others described, old, and had a weird, musty smell. However, it was relatively clean (all things considered). Then there was my card reader lock on the door. After returning from the football game at 2:00 a.m., it wouldn’t read the key. I guessed the batteries were dead, so the desk clerk had to call in someone to unlock my door. That took about 20-30 minutes, but still, it shouldn’t have happened. The property itself was terrifying. I was terrified of what was behind the hotel in the other building. That area was as sketchy as an area could be. In short, if you’re on a budget, need a large room, and don’t mind a 45-minute drive to Auburn, this place might work for you. But if you have the time and money, there are much better choices a few miles away.

Overall our stay was amazing. We were very comfortable. The room was a nice size. It was clean. The staff was nice. The pool wasn’t working at the time of our stay and some of the fitness equipment was not working. Also when we requested extra towels we never got them. But it wasn’t a big deal because we still managed. If I had to I would stay again. Even my kids enjoyed it. Thank you to the staff for being welcoming and nice the whole time we stayed here.

Staff was nice enough. Our room was dirty and in disrepair. The doors were sticky and felt gross. Towels had stains, including blood stains. The in room coffee maker did not work. The interior room lock was missing screws and useless. The walls were very thin. I could hear our neighbors conversations. Etc. Etc. I would not recommend,

Can't judge a book by its cover.

When we drove up to the hotel the website pictures only showed the hotel good side. Entering from other side it looked like a roach motel. A Window was boarded up with wood. Mattresses stacked up in the window. False advertisement about breakfast. No elevator, but the room where cute and clean as shown on the website. All of the staff were friendly and great.
