"Okay. So everything was perfect... except that there were serious problems with security. Twice we had people just barge right into our room. On both occasions it was staff and it was clearly some sort of mix-up. But that shouldn't have happened. My wife and I were at various states of undress when this happened and although no one saw us naked, it could have been much worse. "This place was awesome - very convenient and right off the interstate. Was perfect for getting an Uber/Lyft downtown. The breakfast was great and they had cookies and cupcakes ready for the football game. Great job to the AU Lodge, we will definitely be staying there again!!! Thank you all very much for an amazing time!!"

"Excellent experience at this property! The only thing I wasn't aware of was that it wasn't staffed 24/7. Luckily I was arriving before 8 PM when the lobby closed, and I believe there were other methods for checking in, but I wish that would have been Made more clear upon booking. Otherwise, zero complaints.! "

"Clean room, comfy beds. My only recommendation is to install a hanger hook for towels in the bathroom. "

"Eric was very helpful. I had a problem come up that was unrelated to the Hotel room, but rather parking specific. He was able to assist me with it and it was very much appreciated. When the folks at the front desk are able to resolve problems for you, it makes you feel like you are valued as a customer. I cannot say enough about that. Eric was top notch!
