"You need to take this property off your site!!! We did not even check in. The place looked like a crack motel, with people renting weekly. The building from the outside was falling apart with boards holding up the 2nd floor walkway( i have pics). Since all the rooms were booked in Topeka KS we had to go 50 miles away to find an adequate hotel. I would like a refund, but you must take this property off of your site."

"We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, however, we were not able to check in until 8 PM. We have very exhausted kids that needed to get to bed. The hotel was severely understaffed. I called several times to see when we can check in and they would never answer the phone. I left a message on their website and they just gave me an automatic reply.
