"This property is really great, with great room and all the amenities such as cups, milk, tea cattle. They also have someone on property 24/7 which was great as well. Everything was outstanding except they didn’t provide disposable slippers. If they can provide disposable slippers that would be great as well. Otherwise everything else was provided including Iron and iron stand. Every room has their designated parking space so no issues for parking at all."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos, which was a great relief after a long travel day. The location was perfect — an easy walk into town for food and drinks, and just a short stroll to the beach. Super convenient and made our stay really relaxing. Would happily stay again!"

"I loved my stay at the Arthur Phillip Motor Inn! It's clean and only about a 15 minute walk to Cowes. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk away. I had no car but I had no issues going to where I wanted to go as long as I worked around the bus schedules. I was able to see the Penguin Parade, the Seal cruise, Smiths Beach, and the Koala Conservation Reserve. The owner was the nicest guy! He gave me some sunflower seeds and these colorful birds (rainbow lorikeets) came and ate them straight out of my hand! The birds can tweet rather loudly, so bring a white noise machine or noise cancelling headphones if that bothers you, but for the price, you'll be hard pressed to find a better place than this. "
