"The room was very spacious, clean, and the location was great. We were able to walk everywhere. The hotel staff were wonderful, they had great recommendations on where to ear and what to do. I would highly recommend this hotel, I would definitely come back when visiting Salem again."

"There was no breakfast which was a total surprise however we were given $7 coupons to go to a muffin shop in town in the historic district to apply towards buying breakfast. That worked out well particularly because we met local people that were lively and gave us a sense of the town."

I told the staff 3 days in a row that we needed towels and a change of trash, and I was told that housekeeping would take care of it, and they never did! I’m not a Karen but i’m extremely disappointed after spending close to $2000 and had to chase staff for work that should be done. "The hotel was lovely. The room was spacious, the linens soft, and the pillows comfy. The staff were super helpful (e.g. suggestions, letting us leave our bags when we arrived early), etc. Location was amazing. You are right in the center of everything and all the attractions are relatively close together. The rooftop bar was awesome and we had a great view (with delicious drinks and food) for sunset. The only challenge was no onsite parking, which the hotel is very transparent about. ...
