The location was great, very close to nice long beach walk and easy trip into Boston on the T. The included breakfast was nothing to write home about but the coffee was great! The room was big enough to spread out although beds average. I would stay there again due to the fab location!

Our airport shuttles to and from the hotel was a great time saver. Our room was clean towels and toilet paper when we needed it and the location having the metro and buses at a four minute walking distance behind the hotel was great to get around the whole Boston, Concord and Salem areas I would come again. The food was amazing and the staff went out of their way to be kind. It was extremely clean and I also observed staff cleaning with attention to detail. The front desk only answered my phone call when I asked for a shuttle and never did the rest of the time we were there. They were polite at the front desk but the wait was very long.

Room is located adjacent to the wonderland bus station which is amazing for going to and from Boston for 2.40$, and if you're heading to salem there are 2 or 3 bus routes that take you for 1.70 and run throughout the day making transportation easy. Not to mention being right next to the beach and it being only a bridge walk away. The Starbucks in the lobby is a life saver, and the breakfast was always great especially with the view of the ocean. Staff was ALWAYS helpful, especially with understanding how transit works and shuttle times. Will be returning here for more stays.
