"I didn’t sleep most of the night because someone was setting off fireworks and gunshots in the parking lot and I had to call the police. People were walking around all night.. i think people on drugs but it wasn’t the best area. Staff was not friendly but it is what it is. It was cheap and the room was pretty clean. Parking was easy. There’s an in’n’out right accross the street. Easy fwy access. "

"Worst stay ever — avoid the freeway side! I booked this for a soccer tournament weekend, hoping for a quiet night and a solid breakfast for my daughter. Unfortunately, it was a total fail. Pros: The room was modern and clean, and the staff was nice. Cons: 1. The Sound: The hotel is "freeway adjacent," but the doors and windows don't block any noise. It sounded like we were on the tarmac of an airport all night. There should be a massive warning about the noise levels on the freeway side. 2. Breakfast: Expedia claims this is "Top Rated," but it’s just basic waffles, hard boiled eggs, and cereal. Very disappointing for a "top" rating. 3. Construction: Heavy construction right off the freeway made the parking lot feel very industrial and unsafe for my vehicle. Clean rooms don't matter if you can't sleep. Best Western needs to improve their soundproofing and their breakfast spread. We will not stay here again."

"Clean rooms, but be warned: The noise is unbearable. We stayed here for one night to be close to a local soccer tournament. While the location is convenient for the fields, the experience was a major letdown. The Good: The room itself was modernized and very clean; no complaints about the housekeeping or the staff, who were all very friendly. The Bad: The Noise: Our room was steps away from the freeway. The doors and windows do nothing to seal out the sound. Between the constant traffic and people revving engines all night, it sounded like we were sleeping at an airport. If you stay here, do NOT get a room on the freeway side. Management needs to invest in better door seals and soundproofing. Safety Concerns: There is heavy construction from the freeway right next to the property, which made me feel like my car wasn’t safe overnight. The "Top Rated" Breakfast: Expedia lists this as a top-rated breakfast, but it was a huge disappointment. For a family prepping for a long day of sports, we expected more. It was just waffles, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, and muffins. This was easily one of our worst hotel stays. Unless they fix the soundproofing and the breakfast variety, we won’t be back."

"The top sheet is some synthetic material, not cotton. Its gets very hot to sleep under."

"Hotel is older, in okay condition, no pool or outside area to enjoy. Breakfast area was small and crowded with just a few tables occupied. Our room was adequate but had no bedside tables. There was a couch on one side of the bed and a chair on the other. Room was not well laid out and AC was barely adequate. "
