Hotel du Tasso

"Here’s a more personal version: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Hotel du Tasso in Sorrento. The rooms are newly renovated, beautiful, modern, and extremely comfortable. The location is excellent, but what really made our stay special was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond, especially with helping us with our reservation and upgrade, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. A beautiful hotel with wonderful people and outstanding hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Great to have an outdoor pool but a shame that a number of guests 'reserved' sunbeds early in the morning by putting their towels on the beds, yet didn't use them until later, meaning that other guests could not use the sunbeds. I think the hotel should have a notice saying that this is not allowed and remove any towels if the sunbeds are not being used."

"The location is conviennent in terms of train station but little rougher than other parts of Naples. The hotel itself was clean but the shower leaked crazy amounts no matter what which led to not great showers."

"The room I had was very good although the way to it (V10) was a bit uneven that I fell one time. It was the first time I had a bathroom with a bidet. I could have used some milk or powdered milk for my coffee/tea. Unfortunately the location was in the middle of an industrial estate so I had to use an taxi/Uber to get into town (it was very hot)."
