This is a pleasant hotel well placed for seeing the sights of Phnom Penh. Rooms are spacious and the hotel is clean. Breakfast buffet is available at the Okay Boutique Hotel a few steps away. Eggs and oriental soups are available in addition to the buffet selections. Rates are reasonable.

Excellent property. Great view from the balcony. Very good staff, excellent breakfast spread. The hotel is run very professionally, at least once a day you will get a call from reception checking on everything. Kudos to the staff.

When i booked i requested airport pick-up which they offer, and early check in, same info box on expedia. 48 hours in advance which is double what they request.. no response, so i sent a note reminding them via expedia. After 43 hours of travel, alone and with 3 bags they weren't there. I spent an hour looking for my sign while being surrounded by everyone asking to take me there. So i picked a van, he huddled with about a dozen guys and a tuk tuk took me. He insisted i get a phone sim right away, though i said no many times.5 minutes only. Hell ensued while i was yelled at by a shop owner demanding $, and other weird behavior. I just wanted to go to the hotel. When i finally got there they were aware of my early check in and i inquired about the shuttle. A very rude man just blew off the receptionist with no explanation. She said he didn't feel like it. But the early check in was ready and she knew about the shuttle request. A really bad and stressful start for no good reason. If you must stay here stay at the okay boutique around the corner. Nice staff and food. The alleyway is filled with tuk tuk drivers that will badger you incessantly so be prepared. No isn3enough.

仕事で滞在しました。部屋は清潔で、バルコニーから見る街の夜景は美しかったです。コストパフォーマンスのいいホテルだとは思います。朝食は隣のホテルに移動しなければならないらしく、利用しませんでした。シャワーはお湯が出ません。洗面台の水は、茶色く濁っている時がありましたので注意が必要です。Receptionに、お湯が出ないことを伝えたら、苦笑いしただけで残念でした。

Okay Palace Hotel

Its OK hotel for the price you pay with a great location. Large and clean room for four person. Breakfast was ok but not more then that. Used their laundry service and it wasn´t any good experience. Some of our clothes were still dirty after cleaning and they still charged us.
