At the time of your booking you were charged for the stay by Expedia. This is part of your reservation confirmation. After reviewing your reservation notes, I am seeing that you did arrive to the property and was not sure if you wanted to stay or not. Front desk explained to you that we needed to know as soon as possible to avoid charges. We didn't hear anything further, we held the room all night for you and then marked it as a no show the next morning. We're sorry for any misunderstanding this may have caused.
