The property really needs a lot of upgrades. The carpet in the room looked like it was at least 30 years old very dingy, dirty and smelly. Was a great location however, the quality of the facility was lackluster.

The room was great. Comfortable bed, clean. My greatest dislike was the property was not easily accessible on foot to get to the restaurants or pools. Extreme hills. Cannot walk in heels. Stay7 Studios Hotel Phoenix
Below average and one of the staff members was so rude in the morning just because I asked a simple question. No light bulbs in any on the lights.

The McCormick Scottsdale
The hotel is older. The first room we were put in smelled musty and the restroom was dirty. The 2nd room we were put in was fine. The restroom was updated but the carpet in the room was dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable.

FOUNDRE Phoenix
Average hotel that was incredibly overpriced. Maybe the price hike was for the NCAA tournament. Parking was horrible. It was either pay $32 a night for a lot behind the hotel or $45 for valet in the same lot. The metro rail is right across the street, I highly recommend taking it for ...
