"Staff was extremely friendly when we arrived for check in. Thuan was very nice and gave us some tips of things to do in the area. Pool was very nice and clean as was the area around the poolm rooms are spacious and clean. Would stay here again"

"Loved the staff, loved the breakfast. Lots of tasty local dishes as well as western standards, and savoury options and changing tasty salads. The coffee was fantastic too. Loved the view, loved our bathroom and decor. Loved the location, just far enough away from centre but an easy enough 10 min walk. Walking along the river was lovely and the evening breeze a godsend! Really liked the staff and supervisors coming and introducing themselves. Services explained without any hard sell Not as nice: Some noise from other rooms and the river. Pool area in roof a little sad and the water a little warm for my tastes. No Netflix on TV. Espresso martini during happy hour was pretty awful. Bed is firm, which you may or may not like, we slept well."

"What a beautiful hotel to stay at. The staff were amazing. Rossie went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of with plans and even brought us watermelon juice in the pool with fresh fruit. The morning breakfast had a lot of variety and very high quality. The rooms were clean and air conditioned. Loved our stay here. A 10/10 for sure. "

"The beauty of the room and the property views perfectly match the pictures posted. Additionally, the staff is very cheerful and accommodating. The breakfast is exceptional, but there is room for improvement in the lunch/dinner menu as it lacks variety and can be quite dull. Furthermore, the mixed drinks are quite disappointing."

"I want to go back to Hoi An purely because of this hotel! It was amazing from the start. It's tucked away from the busy part of the city. They were welcoming upon arrival and got us a welcome drink and instantly got us a room (with the 2 beds I requested). The room was immaculate. The bathroom was so peaceful and beautiful. The pool was amazing!!! Free breakfast was even better. I miss this hotel!"
