"Hotel located in area dedicated for small boutique hotels in completely western neighbourhood , which consist of large residential areas , commercial areas (shops, restaurants and open space food market - mostly with seafood street food) and big chain hotels. The plus is that you can't see any smelly favelas near by, minus that it not look like typical Asia. Hotel is brand new, rooms are comfortable , beds & linen amazing. Especially the breakfast is great, with good variety, great coffee and a...

"We had a great time here. The room walk in pool was amazing and a lovely 29 degs.
The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Particularly Hieu Phuong at the breakfast restaurant. She really looked after us.
Breakfast selection was great with food to suit all nationalities. We loved the varied fresh fruit and yoghurts.
The gardens were beautiful and constantly being improved whilst we were there."

"Ingen kunne engelsk. Det var veldig dårlig reinhold. Vi bodde i 13 dager og de byttet ikke sengetøy en eneste gang.
Vi måtte spørre etter toalettpapir hver gang vi trengte nytt.
Veldig bråkete siden det lå ved nattmarkedet. Det offentlige bassenget som ligger 5 min fra hotellet var ikke i bruk.
Vi fikk vasket klær der, men flere av klærne ble ødelagt / fikk flekker.
For dyrt og for dårlig standard. "

"Great resort. I stayed here for 2 days in October. It was slow season so there were not many tourists. The property was very big. Lots of space. I gave it 5 stars but there are some things I would have liked to know before. One, if you get the partial sea view room, the hotel is set up that all rooms and balconies face each other. You will be staring at the people across from you. And everyone smokes on their balconies so the airflow will come into your room if you have the door open. Two, the...

"Unfortunately, you cannot always trust the pictures you see online. I understand you get what you pay for, but spending just $100 more can get you a much more comfortable stay in Phu Quoc.
My husband and I decided not to stay for the duration of our reservation. The lobby looked decent, but once we exited the elevator, we saw black mold on the walls, dirty carpets, and smelled a strong musty, moldy odor. I understand Phu Quoc is humid and tropical, but these conditions are unacceptable and...
