"Unfortunately, you cannot always trust the pictures you see online. I understand you get what you pay for, but spending just $100 more can get you a much more comfortable stay in Phu Quoc.
My husband and I decided not to stay for the duration of our reservation. The hotel is well maintained, the breakfast room is spacious enough and clean, as well as the room. Mine is on the 6th floor with a great ocean view and a balcony. The staff was excellent, helpful, and welcoming. The only negative point is the noise from other guests on the same floor. Kids and even adults at times,,...

"We loved the location of this hotel. Our room was large and quite nice. t was clean and well maintained. A very nice breakfast. Great value. The gym was terrible. No A/C and the machine that was there was rusty and sticky. If you don’t care about the gym-highly recommend the hotel."
