"We were 3 of only 5 people in the hotel so services were at a bare minimum, which sucked for us. The place looked fresh and new, which is hard to do as things age quickly in Vietnams climate. The room was delightful and comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room and well laid out. Don't sit on the side of the bath as it's held down and tipped up me which took a bit a work to rectify. "I was alone in Hanoi but the staff made me feel secure. They are very welcoming and they give you a lot of attention all trough your stay. I think that the greatest strength of this hotel is the choice of the staff. It is pleasant to have all those people smiling and ready to help.I particularly recommend Mrs Angela, so charismatic with her beautiful smile and so helpful. I loved the proximity of the hotel to the lake and the old town. They also organize good tours. I would recommend that hotel to my friends."
