"Room was clean and service was fine but furniture is looking tired and should be replaced. Breakfast wasn’t great for selection and quality was just ok, nothing to rave about. Room was small and pictures can be slightly deceiving however it is located in the Old Quaters and space is a premium. For the price can’t complain too much. Location is amazing, close to everything. Overall a good place to stay short term. But I would not be back due to the tight rooms. "

"La réception nous ont informé que l'hôtel avait fait faillite et que nous devions repayer une 2ième fois. Établissement avec plusieurs noms au sein du même hôtel. "

"We really enjoyed the area, there were plenty of different food options and wasn’t as busy as Hanoi old quarter
Only thing that let it down for us was the bed was extremely firm but besides that perfect "

"2ベッドルームの部屋を予約していましたが、ホテルのご厚意でプール付きのヴィラに無料でアップグレードしていただけました。
子連れのファミリー旅行でしたので、宿泊中は毎日プールで子供たちが楽し そうに遊んでいました。
・食事
昼や夜はリゾート価格で、こちらを利用しませんでした。
朝は施設の大きなプールと、プライベートビーチ沿いのテラスのある会場で、ロケーションと食事内容ともに星5以上です。
・施設の設備は古さがありますが支障ありませんでした。電子レンジ、ファミリーサイズの冷蔵庫があり街で買ったものを保存したり好きなタイミングで食べたりすることができました。
洗濯機があり重宝しました。
・市街地からは少し離れますが、grabの待ち時間は数分で快適に利用できました。"

"This hotel has beautiful decor and a comfortable and cosy atmosphere. As on our previous visit, we stayed in a Executive Suite on the 5th floor and that was very pleasant.
As soon as you get there, the staff welcome you with a drink, a smile, ready to hand you keys and answer your questions.reception staff,, waitresses, housekeeper no exception all trained to good standards of customer service.
We booked the 2 days tour to halong bay and full day trip to Paradise Cave and dark cave in Phong...

"We stayed here for 1 night only and would have stayed for another 2 nights but it was fully booked.
Our ground floor apartment was amazing! It was huge and spotless. The pool area was lovely and clean with a lovely cafe/restaurant.
I would definitely recommend this place. "
