"Rex was a really great place to stay, the food was good, the staff was friendly, and best of all was the cleaners. They were so kind, would take the time to talk and always made me feel welcome. I felt so safe at this location, I had multiple stays here during my 21 day trip. I liked it so much I will be staying again i October when I return."

"This was an interesting property with some nicely designed interior features and run by a lovely family who tried very hard to please. However, it was not a bilingual property as advertised and that was frustrating at times.I found the kitchen poorly equipped and had to supply some of my own utensils. There was no microwave as advertised and the washing machine had Chinese only instructions.Attention to these small details could make a big difference to someone's stay."

"A great ocean view from room on 35th floor. Good sized room, sliding walls to add privacy for bathroom if required . The restaurant on 41st floor was the highlight, terrific meals, outstanding view, great service and very reasonable price. Pool on 3rd floor good, water nice and cool"

"Absolutely loved our few days here. Off season so it was quiet and at times the staff outnumbered us 3 to 1. They were unfailingly friendly, and everyone customer-facing spoke at least basic tourist English which I didn't expect but which was welcome - despite our best efforts for months, our Vietnamese is pitiful! A few staff spoke very good English, too. Super clean facilities that are so much nicer than photos indicate. We stayed in one of the bungalows which was spacious. Comfy beds as...

"Wir (Familie mit 2 großen Kindern) hatten das Penthouse im der 15 Etage. Eigentlich eine Maisonette auf 2 Stockwerken. 2 separate Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad + 1 grosses Bett. Sauber, ruhig, komfortabel. TOP!"

"Great hotel in QN near both the main Esplanade and the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee houses nearby. Hotel is large spacious and modern with decent amenities and soundproofing. Western style beds were great. English television and movie channels were a bonus. Had dinner at the attached restaurant on the ground floor and was quite disappointed. Meat too tough to eat and the smallest glass of wine I’ve seen in Vietnam lol. "
