"Stayed at La Quinta in Naples recently. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay, which made a positive impression. 👍 That said, the property itself feels dated. The rooms show clear signs of age, and small details—like elevator buttons being held together with tape—suggest the hotel could benefit from renovation and upkeep. On the plus side, the location is very convenient, with easy access to the beach and several nearby attractions. 🌴 Overall: strong service and a great location, but the physical condition of the property does not fully match expectations."

"As a paying guest of the hotel, going to the beach was a process. The hotel should have designated trams for hotel guests and not make them wait in line for 20 to 30 minutes with the rest of the crowd. Also, if you rent a cabana you should be able to have food service in the cabana. Again waiting in line for 45 min to an hour to buy food when you have paid $245 for a cabana is ridiculous. "
