"We showed up late; we were a mess when we got there. The food was exceptional; everyone was unbelievably kind. If all of the people that work there aren't one family, then I'm shocked because they all acted as if they were one. They just helped us: - check in - sit down - have a great time - have a fantastic dinner - get to bed on time I don't know how many times I was offered a water or an extra blanket or an extra drink or anything that I wanted. "Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo bellissimo hotel. Personale gentile e disponibile. Struttura nuova e elegante con vista montagne molto suggestiva. Camera ampia e molto pulita ( presenza di mini frigo, cuscini aggiuntivi e presenza di bollitore con infusi) con balconcino vista montagne. Al check-in ci hanno offerto aperitivo di benvenuto e al check-out un barattolino di miele locale! Soggiorno impeccabile. Consigliatissimo! "

"Sensational place. Loved everything about Fiori . Reception staff was very helpful and provided great information about bus access to Cortina. This went very well with bus stop 50 metres from door. Free ski bus or 3 euro local bus to Cortina . Free afternoon snacks saved us quite a few dinners and attached cafe/bar has great stuff and prices. Breakfast staff so friendly and caring one of best accommodation we have ever stayed at."

"Avoid if you can , - location : this hotel is pretty far from cortina d ampezo - The room super small n bed not comfortable , more over the bathroom super smallll - both above actually I can still accept BUT the last thing that made me give this score is the service attitude is bad , especially on the food service area , they treat the customer like criminal , they shud be aware that hotel is far away from location hence water n other drink shud be accessible , they put big writing that guess...

"A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. Dinner was right at Michelin * quality. The view of the mountain is spectacular. Our room was simple but comfortable. We hope to be back with family. "
