"The room was ok: paper cups was a misser. There was a kitchen but it was empty.
The spa was very nice, including the swimmingpool and chairs outside. The breakfast was a disappointment, no good bread. It was simple."
"Amazing hotel with great staff who went out of their way to help us and make our stay seamless multiple times. Breakfast (which was included) was fantastic, and so were the outdoor and indoor hot tubs. "

"Booked a family room. Room was extremely clean and appeared newly renovated. Had a view of the Matterhorn from the balcony, which was a bonus. Breakfast had a good variety."
"Overall fantastic - views are second to none. The hiking around the area is unreal and it’s great to be there before the first train and tourists descend. Dinner was amazing and servers were extremely attentive.
Only feedback is that for the price they could have proper coffee machines in the room! Small thing but in other cheaper hotels there were real coffee machines whereas this was cheap sachets… with nothing else around it would be nice to have a proper coffee.
