"Villa Lucia was very pretty and spacious. Communication was very good and they were super courteous. It is a more quiet neighborhood closer to Como but further from other areas such as Bellagio, etc. there are a few local restaurants nearby but no nearby groceries. Three bathrooms were very helpful, the terraces could have been a little more clean. Otherwise, I highly recommend. "

"Fantastically equipped and freshly renovated apartment. Beautiful view of Lake Como. The host was very friendly and helped information. The parking hill was a little steep and tight but other than that, the room was fantastic. 20 minute drive to either Como or Bellagio. Toys for the kids to play with and fully equipped kitchen minus a coffee maker. Highly recommended!!!"

"The place and views were great. I little hard to find at first, but once you learned where it was it wasn't an issue. Everything was great with the exception of a few minor plumbing issue. The upstairs bathroom sink needs to be cleared/plunged as the water was passing extremely slow and the kitchen faucet needs to be repaired as it was leaking from it's base. "

"I put this view from the Villa in the top three most beautiful experiences my eyes have ever taken in anywhere in the world. I could sit on the pool deck forever. The Villa it self is everything anyone could ask for in a home. It is new, has everything, is a 15 minute walk (5 min drive) down the hill to the supermarket. I cannot imagine anyone staying here and saying that it wasn't perfect. It will make you think about moving to Chernobbio. "
