"We loved our stay! Fantastic hotel and excellent value for money.
We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 4 and had a spacious two bed apartment. Beds were so comfortable. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Basic breakfast was included.
Location was great - about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the main square.
Would recommend and if return to Krakow, would stay again"

"The apartment was good, decent size room and was clean but had a few small issues. The shower was awful, way too hard and was painful to get under as the water from the shower head came too powerfully and even if I reduced the intensity it was still hard. Bed was comfy and communication from host was fine. My tv remote only had two buttons which worked which meant I couldn’t use the tv properly. Was fine for 1 night but wasn’t exceptional. decent to good"

Communicated efficiently via Expedia messaging system to get access to luggage storage and had expected to receive codes for the room via the same channel.
